Foster Hearts Region 3William is a bubbly preschooler who is always on the go. He loves to play outside and will take any chance he gets to escape to the backyard! He is so proud that he can count to 10 and loves to show it off. He loves everything to be his favorite color- blue!
William is so excited about Halloween. He searched many times on Amazon to find the perfect costume. William looks forward to holidays as he did not celebrate much in his other home. He is a Fortnite fan and loves this costume.
