Brianna will be turning 16 years old in a couple of weeks. She loves makeup and often watches YouTube tutorials to learn tips and techniques. Brianna likes to collect eyeshadow palettes and lip gloss. She is requesting a gift card to Ulta for her 16th birthday. This will make her so happy to try out some new products!
