Amira loves her new school and has settled down in her new foster home. Amira has been working very hard in school as well as on her new part-time job. Amira feels like life has finally turned for the better for her. Amira wants to join the Merchant Marines once she graduates high school. Amira no longer views foster care as a bad situation for her and has taken the necessary steps to surround herself with positive friends. She would love a new pair of shoes to wear at school.
Amira is 17 years old and lives in VA
Amira was recently removed from her father's home and placed in foster care. She continues to have a positive outlook on the world regardless of her current circumstances. Amira loves to read and write songs. She loves animals and hopes to have her own puppy one day. Amira loves school and dreams of being a nurse to help people.
