Baby essentials for Kayla to take care of her toddler

Posted Sep 14, 2023
Kayla is a single mother and the sole caretaker of her 1.5-year-old son, Noel. She is currently searching for independent housing while managing their daily needs. Her son is still in diapers, which is an added expense, and they have to rely on microwavable food to get by. Kayla has faced difficulties with her public assistance, but she is actively working on resolving these issues. She is seeking reliable childcare to enable her to secure employment and achieve financial independence in the near future. Your help in fulfilling this wish will make a huge difference in Kayla's life by providing basic essentials such as diapers, wipes, and snacks for her son, which will significantly alleviate her stress.

Kayla is 25 years old and lives in NY

Kayla is a former foster care youth who is currently enrolled in college. After Kayla earns her associate’s degree, she plans to pursue a degree and career in nursing. In addition to be a full-time student, Kayla works with youth in after school and summer programs, which is employment that she has continuously held for the past seven years. She recently found out that she will soon be getting her own apartment, so she is excited about living independently as she works toward achieving her goals and dreams!
