Gray wishes for a mindful breathing puppy to help him practice guided breathing. This will lead him through breathing exercises to help him deal with stress and bring him some calmness. This will teach him how to do it correctly so he can remember how to do it when he’s at school or away from his room.
Gray is 11 years old and lives in NC
Gray recently entered foster care and is adjusting to his new home. He loves action figures, video games, and his favorite color is green. Gray is having a difficult time with the uncertainty of foster care, but he hopes to be reunited with his family soon.
