William is an incredible young boy with so much to offer his family and siblings. William came back into the foster care system on his birthday and has not allowed this experience to get in the way of his happiness. William is friendly, social, curious, and is currently learning to write. He is obsessed with dinosaurs and learning how to pronounce their names. William is hopeful that he will be able to return to his parents soon and looks forward to their weekly visits.

Over the summer, William's resource family noticed he really enjoyed going to the pool and anything related to water. When asked what he wanted for the holidays, William mentioned he wished he could take the pool home. These reusable water balloons will help bring the pool to William and he'll be able to bring them to the pool to play with his family.
