William, 9 years old, NM

William is an incredible young boy with so much to offer his family and siblings. William came back into the foster care system on his birthday and has not allowed this experience to get in the way of his happiness. William is friendly, social, curious, and is currently learning to write. He is obsessed with dinosaurs and learning how to pronounce their names. William is hopeful that he will be able to return to his parents soon and looks forward to their weekly visits.
