Jess is a bundle of joy who makes others feel welcomed and cared for as soon as she meets them. She is studying social work and hopes to change the lives of young people in the foster care system.
Jess has the sudden opportunity to move into an affordable apartment of her own (with friends) for the first time in her life. The costs of a deposit and first month's rent are straining her careful budgeting, and Jess could use support with gas so she can get to work while she makes this important transition.
