Noreen loves to write on herself with a permanent marker. She loves the idea of getting tattoos. She would really enjoy (as would her foster family) the temporary body markers so she can wash them off at the end of the day.

Noreen is a sister to 3 brothers and all of them are new to foster care. Noreen likes to read and wants to learn to ride a bike. She says her favorite book she has read so far is The Secret Garden. She wants to grow up to be a teacher and likes little kids. She is a very happy young lady and very sweet in nature.
