CEDARS Youth ServicesAnselmo is an extremely happy little guy. Anselmo is very curious and active. Anselmo loves to wave hello and goodbye when anyone comes into or leaves a room, demonstrating how social and friendly he is.
Anselmo was recently moved from one relative home to another. His previous foster parent did not send any of his belongings with him. They have refused to let workers into their home and will not allow the current foster home access to anything. Anselmo was placed with only the outfit he was wearing. His grandparents are asking for help to replace items for him.
