Winter is in need of a toddler tablet that she can use during long car rides and during visits with her father. She has to travel an hour one way to visit her father once a week. While at the visit, they meet in a room set up like a school cafeteria. There is nothing for Winter to play with and the caseworker tries to bring books and toys with them, but they don't keep her attention very long. The tablet would be used to download movies that Winter can watch when fussy in the car or at the visit. Her father is very attentive and interactive with Winter at the visits but doesn't have the ability to provide a fun environment for her at this time.
