Therapeutic Interagency ProgramRosie was born in foster care while her mother was also in foster care. She is a sweet girl who can be quite shy when meeting new people. Rosie loves to be read to and enjoys playing quiet games with her mom. Although she has some developmental delays and participates in various therapies, she always maintains a positive attitude, even when the work becomes challenging. Rosie is truly a joy to be around.
Rosie loves to pretend to work around the hosue with her foster dad and it will be such a fun holiday surprise for her to open this little tool kit of her own! She is going to be such a joy to watch on Christmas morning opening her gifts, which is an experience that she will remember!
