Shoals FosterAlicia is a sweet girl who loves spending time on her phone and with friends and family. Alicia entered care and, because of her circumstances, will most likely age out of foster care in a few years. She is a Hispanic child who has only been in the US for a couple of years; she is learning English and working hard to make good grades in school.
Alicia came into her foster home with only the clothes she wore to school that day and her backpack. She was given a voucher to get some clothes, but because she is shorter than average and needs to shop in a store that sells petite sizes. She would love to have some new clothes. She has a birthday coming soon, and this wish would be super special for her!
