Isaac is a happy and energetic young boy who has been in foster care for almost a year. He is very caring to others when he sees them sad of hurt and want to be the caregiver. He loves animals and can be seen petting and talking with them if he thinks they are needing loved.

Isaac continues to sprout, and when checking last year's snow pants and jacket, they don't fit. He's the kid who is always on the go, and sliding down a hill, building a snowman, and jumping in snow piles off the deck are his favorite winter activities. Having warm pants and a jacket will keep him healthy and dry while being the active little guy that he is!
