Isaac is a happy and energetic young boy who has been in foster care for almost a year. He is very caring to others when he sees them sad of hurt and want to be the caregiver. He loves animals and can be seen petting and talking with them if he thinks they are needing loved.

Isaac would go barefoot in the snow if he could. He gets frustrated while trying to tie shoes and boots. These boots will allow him to slip into them, thus reducing his frustrations and the time needed to get ready to go outside. Being able to pull them on will help keep him on an even keel, which is essential for everyone's well-being.
