Mona has a few friends who have weighted blankets. She has looked into the benefits and studies completed on weighted blankets and, with recommendations from others, is requesting one for herself. Due to past traumas and obstacles she has faced in her life, sleep issues are a common occurrence for Mona. Not wanting to take medication, she is hopeful the weighted blanket will provide the comfort and help she seeks.

Mona is a resilient and incredibly hardworking young woman. Throughout her life, she's faced many obstacles. One of them was that she had to grow up faster than expected without any support. Despite the struggles of finding new support systems and navigating the obstacles of life, she continues to strive and work towards building a better life for herself. She works hard to ensure she has food in her kitchen and her rent is paid. She's charismatic and outgoing with a unique personality and passion for bettering her mental health. Through mediation, therapy and holistic approaches, Mona makes every day her best yet.
