Foster Hearts Region 3Theo is a happy little guy who has been in foster care since birth. He is making great strides and smiles and babbles. He is very strong and even has already turned himself over, much to his surprise. Even with his great progress, Theo still has some developmental delays.
Theo has been in foster care since birth and is making great strides. Theo does seek out sensory experiences, and this busy board would help him meet those needs. In addition, this will help him with his fine motor skills as well as cause and effect.
