A wallet for AD to replace his old one that was lost

There's been a lot of car theft in the area that AD lives. Over the Halloween weekend, his friend's car windows got smashed and everyone's backpacks were stolen. In addition to his wallet, AD lost quite a few other items. He would be grateful if he could replace his wallet.
Replacing this wallet would lift his spirits as he also begins to replace everything else. This is the 3rd wallet he'll be replacing in the last year, and it is definitely discouraging.
AD is 19 years old and lives in CA
AD is a freshman in college with an eye towards business management. He has multiple interests and is glad that in college, he can finally begin to build his own community. Prior to college, he has attended over 15 schools. He loves music of all genres, styling people, playing basketball, and skateboarding.
