Ricardo is delighted to have landed a new job in marketing and sales - one with real potential for advancement. After completing his 4-year college degree, Ricardo worked in middle-level management for a large store for several years before landing this new position. He is very excited about the many opportunities that lie ahead but is anxious to embark on this new journey with proper business attire. Gone are the days of uniforms and now are the days of formal suits. After a year-long job hunt and multiple rounds of interviews, Ricardo's savings are thin, so he is reaching out for help purchasing a new suit for his new position. Thank you for considering this very special wish for this hard working former foster youth who is ready to take a major step forward in his business career!
Ricardo is 26 years old and lives in CA
Ricardo is a young man transferring to UCR who supports himself with no contact with his family at all. He is eager to continue his higher education and has set himself up for a bright future. He has managed to get by with the support of friends who have become family but they are unable to help him financially. It is still too early to tell what Ricardo would like to do after graduation.
