Oscar is a kind and caring young man. He is Spanish-speaking and struggles but tries to practice his English when he gets the chance. He is able to remain in the resource home for now, but he will need to determine his next steps after he ages out. He withdrew from high school due to some learning and processing delays which were more of a challenge due to his language barrier, but hopes to work with Vocational Rehabilitation Services to obtain his GED. He is working with Rutgers Law on his immigration status and recently obtained his work permit. He needs a lot of guidance and development of his life skills. He has a desire to work as he needs to send money back to his family in Honduras.

Oscar loves exploring his style and trying new looks. He has requested a new outfit that fits his taste for Christmas. He would be so excited to receive this for Christmas this year!
