Cindy underwent a deeply traumatic experience, leading to her hospitalization for an extended period. Consequently, she was unable to continue her courses at Chico State University, resulting in her withdrawal and a tuition repayment obligation of $1600. This financial burden poses a challenge to her pursuit of her academic aspirations and degree completion.
