Yolina is a fabulous young lady with extremely high upside potential. She possesses qualities that are endearing and people like her immediately. It has not been easy for her to get to here. She has overcome a lot to make it to this point where she is ready to take control of her life and become a tax payer. She scored the highest of any student ever on the diagnostic test we give new entries in Age-Out Angels, scoring above the 12th grade equivalent so there's no questioning her intelligence. She also possesses all the soft-skills necessary to have a consistent career. She has had a job for as long as we've known her and she understands what's required of a minimum wage employee. Now we need to help her catapult into the middle class, and oh what a party that will be.

This is one of those "moment of truth" wishes. The course is called Sterile Processing Technician and the company is Penn Foster (https://www.pennfoster.edu/programs/healthcare/sterile-processing-career-diploma/curriculum). This gives me the opportunity to go from being subsidized to earning $40,000 - $50,000 to start in 3-6 months. Plus, it opens the door to other opportunities within a medical practice.
