Chloe went to live with her grandparents when she was 13 months old and was just the size of a 6 month old baby. She was so little. Chloe was diagnosed with FAS and NAS but looking at her you would never know it. She is a very outgoing and spunky little girl. She struggles a lot in school with her classroom work but doesn't really does struggle socially. Chloe is very tiny for her age which is one thing that was stunted with the drugs and alcohol use of biological mom. But, she uses the statement that big things come in small packages a lot.

Chloe has an old kids tablet that takes forever to load anything and most of the time it won't connect to the Wifi. She has been asking for a new tablet for a long time so she can play her school apps and watch her favorite videos. Chloe would be so excited if her wish were granted that she would probably cry from happiness! This tablet also comes with a protective case to help her protect it.
