Angelheart KidsJose's favorite color is red. He has a deep love for animals and once had a bird as a pet. In addition to this, Jose is incredibly creative and enjoys painting and drawing. He is also an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM). He came to the United States when he was 11 years old and spent several months in a detention facility before being moved to a foster group home in California. Originally from Guatemala, Jose is painfully shy but has managed to learn some English. Recently, Jose's legal status changed, requiring him to move to Texas. He is very sad to have left everything behind once again.
Jose likes nice things but he has moved around so much he has never really been able to collect things. He has been in his home for a year now and finally feels stable. He likes dressing up for fun occasions and for Christmas this year he is asking for a really nice watch that he can feel special with. He would be so happy to see this under the tree.
