Rosey is a fascinating young mother of two children who battled her way in and out of foster care during her adolescent years. Many challenging experiences have made her become a dedicated, self-resilient and independent young woman. She works full time and is the sole provider to her children, but that doesn't stop her from striving towards completing her High School diploma. Rosey is compassionate and is always in the look out for others by checking in on them and making sure they are doing okay.

Rosey is in need of new clothing. In the last month, an incident caused her to lose the majority of her wardrobe leaving her with a small amount of choices that do not keep her warm during this cold season. A Target gift card would allow her to shop for sweaters, pants, and warm socks. She works full time, but because she is a single mother living on her own she does not have enough to cover for new clothes.
