Rosey is a fascinating young mother of two children who battled her way in and out of foster care during her adolescent years. Many challenging experiences have made her become a dedicated, self-resilient and independent young woman. She works full time and is the sole provider to her children, but that doesn't stop her from striving towards completing her High School diploma.
