Melanie is quiet and keeps to herself. She has expressed she likes to draw and paint and take pictures. She expresses herself through her art. Melanie is easy going and enjoys the little things in life. She is easily entertained and is very family oriented. She enjoys going on visits with all 8 of her siblings. Melanie is attentive to her younger siblings and will often put their needs before hers. She will often find activities to involve her siblings she shares the home with.

Melanie likes to save her memories through pictures. She asked for a Fujifilm mini camera with accessories to allow her to take pictures and document memories she finds interesting. She has expressed with these pictures she will be able to look back and reminisce about all the wonderful memories.
