The minor shares the home with three other teenagers and needs a space to be able to do her hair. The room she is currently in does not have a mirror or an area that allows her to store or things. This makes it difficult to use the restroom to get ready because the other children in the home need to get ready in the mornings as well. Having a Vanity Area will allow her to get ready in her own room and have a space she will be able to do her make and store her things.
Valerie is 14 years old and lives in CA
Valerie is an easy going child transitioning from middle school to high school. She is beginning to find herself and needs an area she can practice self-care. Valerie currently shares the room with her younger sister and is learning to share the space with her without having continuous sibling conflict. It is a learning process for Valerie, but she does well with redirection and guidance.
