Since coming into care, he is the only sibling placed not with another sibling in the foster home. However, he has taken this opportunity to learn more about himself and focus on being a kid for the first time.
Jamiell is requesting a watch as he wants to be able to tell time to help keep him on schedule. Since coming into care, he has learned the importance of schedules and routines. Having a wristwatch would allow him to continue with these schedules and routines and stay on task without needing to find a clock or ask others for the time.
