NJ DCFS - Ocean CountySkylar is a very vibrant little girl who loves to tell you what is on her mind. Skylar loves dancing with her siblings and watching Minions together as a family. She goes to school with two of her siblings and loves to go daily. Skylar has had to adjust to a lot of changes within her home by adapting to new relatives moving in, and she has embraced every moment of it.
Skylar is excited to build a snowman this winter. Skylar needs to be warm to be able to make this adventure happen. Sklyar has been sleeping with her pajamas inside out in hopes of a big snowstorm! Skylar has found a perfect scarf to put on the snowman!
