Oliver is such a charmer! He is so talkative and loves to engage in imaginative play. Oliver loves dinosaurs! He is such a happy boy and loves to meet new people. Oliver loves and looks up to his older brother. When he is with him, he always wants to follow him around and do what he is doing.

Oliver is a very active little boy who is growing quickly! He is currently in a placement with family members, and unfortunately, they do not receive any financial support for necessities. They have welcomed him into their home out of love because he is family. Oliver admires his big brother and wants to have matching shoes with him!
