Foster Parent Association of WilkesDavid is a special guy who has a lot of needs due to abuse and neglect. He has continued therapy and special education. He has come along way since coming into care. His main concern is the deteration and continued loss of his vision. He suffers from PTSD and tries hard to be a normal kid. David loves dogs, socializing with people that understand him, and playing video games.
David wishes for a meal at Applebee’s to help him celebrate Christmas. He don’t get to eat out very much because he just can’t afford it. This will give him a great meal to enjoy and bring him a little job during the Holidays.
