Iliana is a very sweet and caring young lady. She currently resides in treatment foster care with her older brother and two younger sisters. She and her siblings are 1st generation Ho Chunk Nation children but do not receive services or support from their tribe. Iliana has been in care for the past 4 years. She has witness family violence and experienced significant neglect. When Iliana entered care her physical health was dire. She was inactive and overate as a coping mechanism. liana has been in her current home for a while now and her foster parents are committed to her. Since placement in foster care, and through support from her foster family, friends and community, Iliana has gone on a journey of wellness and health. She is active in sports, gymnastics, cross country and track and field. She excels in school and in sports. She is one of the strongest runners on her track and cross country teams. She has also advanced to top tier competitions in gymnastics. In school she is part of student council and choir. She has an amazing singing voice and will be trying out for the school musical this year. Iliana's physical image is extremely important to her as she continues to embark on her journey of physical health and wellness.
