Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey is a bright young girl. Kelsey recently has gained some weight due to her being five months pregnant. Granting this wish for Kelsey would give her the opportunity to remain in fashion while still attending school. This wish would allow her to pick out just what she needs.
