Avaya is in preschool and loves to play games, ride her bikes and dance. She loves visiting and spending time with her grandmother, as well as playing with her sisters. Avaya's father was recently hospitalized due to a motor vehicle accident, and Avaya and her family are in the process of adjusting to a "new normal."

Avaya would like her own tablet so that she can keep in touch and video call family members from her dad's side of the family. It is very important for Avaya to keep in touch with this side of the family. Her father is in a vegetative state after his accident and is unable to speak to her. Avaya is in preschool, and a tablet will also help her with age-appropriate learning activities to get her ready for kindergarten!
