Cabarrus County Guardian ad LitemJoy has been in foster care for a while, and she has had to move a few times. Joy and her siblings have been able to achieve permanency and she is in a pre-adoptive home.
Joy would love a new pair of boots for this winter. She can't wait to pick out a pair that will be cute and keep her feet toasty warm. These new boots will help boost her confidence and make her so happy!
