Jamiell is asking for a gift card so that he can pick out some new items that will fit him for a while, especially pants. A gift card would be a great opportunity for Jamiell to learn the skill of shopping, finding clothes that fit him comfortably, and practicing responsibility in using money.

Jamiell is the oldest boy of 8 siblings. He often found himself in a parenting and caregiver role. Since coming into care, he is the only sibling placed not with another sibling in the foster home. However, he has taken this opportunity to learn more about himself and focus on being a kid for the first time.
