In her free time, Breana enjoys listening to music, journaling, drawing, and hanging out with friends. She is a very outgoing young woman and has a big personality. She is also funny, charismatic, and has a lot of potential moving forward with her positive support system.
Breana has expressed interest in improving her mental health. A weighted blanket was discussed with her support system to incorporate other strategies for positive coping skills. She believes that a weighted blanket will help her to self-regulate. Having this blanket in the color purple would a pretty nice gift.
