Anna has a lot on her mind, and when she is not able to convey it to someone, her journal will be a therapeutic tool to get some of her feelings out. Journaling will help Anna use a healing way to get her anxiety out. Hopefully when she writes out her thoughts and feelings, she will have a little more peace.
