A wardrobe update for Lady who has had a lot of placement changes

Lady has had multiple placements since she went into foster care a few months ago. She is now with a relative who hopes to be able to keep her, but since Lady has a lot of emotional and physical needs, it feels a bit overwhelming. Lady needs some new clothes and winter gear to help with some of the basics. She hopes that she will get to stay with this relative and wants to settle in.
Lady is 5 years old and lives in OH
Lady has a really big personality that can hardly be contained. She doesn't have much verbal communication, so it can be hard for her to express herself. She is a great climber and loves animals and has the most fun when she can be outside doing gross motor play. She loves having fun in the water.
