Lily is a truly beautiful and inquisitive little girl who has recently found her forever home after being adopted from foster care. After a challenging time in kinship care where her needs went unmet, she was placed in a loving licensed foster home. Since then, Lily has made incredible strides in expressing her feelings and learning to navigate the trauma she has faced. Even on days that feel heavy, she radiates warmth and positivity, reminding everyone of her bright spirit. Though Lily has been welcomed into her adoptive family, the shadows of her past still linger. She continues to face hurdles linked to the difficult experiences she endured before her journey to foster care. However, surrounded by the unwavering love and nurturing environment of her new family, she is receiving the support and understanding she needs to flourish. Lily is slowly settling into her new foster home, and her foster mom bought her a nice pink bedding set, but Lily let her know immediately that she doesn't like pink. They went and exchanged it for clothes instead. When asked what she would like even more, Lily quickly and excitedly yelled Pokemon! This bedding would make her so happy.
