A laptop for Kendal who is enjoying his community college classes

Posted Jan 31, 2024
Kendal is currently enrolled in a dual GED/ College Trade school program at a local community college. He has asked for a laptop computer to assist him in completing his high school diploma and trade school training. This wish will go a long way in helping him meet his goals into adulthood. He had a Chromebook in high school but that belonged to the school is was attending and couldn't take it with him. He has asked for a laptop of his own so he can continue to excel!

Kendal is 17 years old and lives in NC

Kendal is a smart talented teen. He loves gaming and has an interest in learning coding, plumbing or welding. Kendal has moved placements way too many times in the almost 4 years in foster care. He finally has a foster family that is committed to him and his success. Since being placed with this family he is enrolled in school, working part time, engaged in therapeutic services, and excited about his life and success again. The family has committed to care for him and support him to adulthood to and beyond his 18th birthday.
