Leydy arrived in the United States from Guatemala 2.5 years ago without her parents. She has worked hard since then to learn English, make friends, and get her education. Leydy plays trumpet in the school band and enjoys playing soccer during her free time. She loves her family, has a great sense of humor, and enjoys celebrating holidays by eating the yummy food her foster mom makes. Leydy is so fun to be around and is on her way to be a very successful young adult.

Leydy is a very bright young woman who is excelling in school and extracurricular activities. She would like a gift card to her favorite store to buy some clothes for herself for the spring.
