Therapeutic Interagency ProgramRowan is a sweet little girl who has smiles to give to everyone she is around. She loves to be sung to, rocked and held. She had a rough start into this world but is happily making progress every day.
Rowan lost her favorite baby doll which has been really sad for her. She loves to sleep with a soft, snuggly doll and this one will be perfect for her. Hopefully, it will bring her as much joy as her previous one did!
