Jannet is an amazing young woman who has overcome much in her life. Originally from Sierra Leone, she moved to the United States a few years ago, and is currently living on her own after the passing of her father. She is a biology major at Rutgers Camden, and hopes to become a Cardiologist. She is very involved in the campus community - participating in a number of clubs like the African Student Association, First Generation Student Association, and the Institute for Leaders in Action. She is a phenomenal student, who just needs a little extra love and care to support her successes.
