Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCelia is the sweetest girl, and she is taken care of by her cousin. She loves to be snuggled and hugged and has the funniest little giggle that makes everyone smile. She plays nicely with her siblings and loves rocking and feeding her baby dolls.
Celia is a very loving little girl. She and her siblings recently moved in with a cousin, and she is getting used to the new routines. She will love having this cute doll to keep her company, to snuggle and play with. And it comes with a change of clothes, which will be super fun for Celia!
