Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey's feet have grown a little and she is in need of a good pair of shoes. Her mom is facing a few financial challenges is unable to purchase shoes or clothes for Kelsey at this time. Kelsey is too young to get a job however she often babysits to make some money. Granting this wish will allow her to have a pair of stylish shoes.
