Tyler has big emotions and is learning to self-soothe through coping skills. This rocket ship tent would greatly assist his ability to do this by creating a safe and comfortable space for him to go to when he is feeling overwhelmed. By providing this child with a safe space and coping tools, we are empowering him to better understand his needs and to self-regulate. He also really loves space!
Tyler is 7 years old and lives in OH
Tyler is a very energetic child who loves cats, outer space, and crystals. His favorite colors are blue and green. He uses music in therapy to help himself calm down. His favorite song is "I Believe I Can Fly". Tyler has made progress in discussing his emotions in recent months but is continuing to work on coping with big emotions.
