Elio is super excited because he's going to have his first-ever birthday party! He's been looking forward to it for so long and he can't wait to celebrate with all of his friends. Elio has been looking at all the things that he wants to give to his friends and could use a little more help. He wants to make this the most memorable day for everyone involved!
Elio is 12 years old and lives in NJ
Elio is in his first foster home with his siblings. Elio is extremely close to his family and is having a difficult time being in care. Elio loves sports, reading, and playing video games.
