Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey recently became a mother to a baby girl and is feeling a bit anxious about how to take care of her little one's nails. She is interested in getting a pair of nail clippers so that when the time comes, she can trim her baby's nails and prevent any accidental scratches. Granting this wish will ease her mind and enable her to attend to her baby's nail care needs without any stress.
